Where you are always welcome!
"A leader is a person who uses their gifts to enable others in ministry."
Our Church leadership structure is designed to encourage the full participation of our members in whatever ways they are led to use their gifts and talents. All of our leadership positions are open to any of our members who feel called to serve.
We have a Leadership Council with facilitators for each of key areas for ministry and mission. Through open communication and decision making, we seek the mind of Christ in all we do.

"I Have An Idea"
(How to get a new ministry started at RBC.)
Romans 12:1-8 (NRSV) I appeal to you therefore, brothers and sisters, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your minds, so that you may discern what is the will of God—what is good and acceptable and perfect. For by the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think of yourself more highly than you ought to think, but to think with sober judgment, each according to the measure of faith that God has assigned. For as in one body we have many members, and not all the members have the same function, so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually we are members one of another. We have gifts that differ according to the grace given to us: prophecy, in proportion to faith; ministry, in ministering; the teacher, in teaching; the exhorter, in exhortation; the giver, in generosity; the leader, in diligence; the compassionate, in cheerfulness.
Colossians 1:9-12 (NRSV) For this reason, since the day we heard it, we have not ceased praying for you and asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of God's will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so that you may lead lives worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him, as you bear fruit in every good work and as you grow in the knowledge of God. May you be made strong with all the strength that comes from his glorious power, and may you be prepared to endure everything with patience, while joyfully giving thanks to the Father, who has enabled you to share in the inheritence of the saints in the light.
