RBC Green Team

Our Green Team helps us to stay environmentally aware and care for all creation. We collect items for proper recycling including plastic caps, batteries, glasses, Styrofoam, and more (check with the team or the office to find out what we are currently recycling!).

We also host quarterly Repair Cafes at RBC. They take place on the fourth Saturday of January, April, July, and October from 10-2. Anyone is welcome to bring up to 2 broken but beloved items in need of repair, and one of our volunteer coaches will work with you to try and repair it. While you’re waiting, enjoy a treat and meet some of your community members! Repair coaches are available in electronics, sewing/mending, jewelry repair, bicycle, woodwind and brass instruments, art, and more. Check with the church office and our Facebook page for the most up-to-date list of coaches available.
